Vortex is a Drupal project template that provides a pre-configured Composer-based Drupal 11 codebase with containerized local development, CI/CD configs, automated testing, and code-quality tooling. It integrates a Docker Compose local stack, GitHub Actions and CircleCI pipelines, hosting integrations (Acquia, Lagoon), and tools such as PHPUnit, Behat, PHPCS, and PHPStan.
