Sveltekit Encore

The template pairs SvelteKit for the frontend with Encore.ts for backend endpoints and uses TypeScript across the monorepo; JavaScript and HTML are present for supporting assets.

Encore.ts together with TypeScript enables shared types between client and server so endpoint inputs and outputs are checked at compile time.
