Spring Boot starter for loading initial application data fixtures.
A Spring Boot starter that loads initial or demo data fixtures automatically on application startup. It registers fixtures as beans implementing a DataFixture interface, supports repository-based or raw SQL loading, defines ordered fixture sets (DICTIONARY, TEST, DEMO, PERFORMANCE), and is suitable for Spring Boot applications that need initial dictionaries, demo scenarios, or test data.
