Email is delivered via SMTP; configure SMTP_HOST, SMTP_PORT, SMTP_USERNAME, and SMTP_PASSWORD in the environment to use providers that expose SMTP (e.g., Mailtrap or Gmail).

Yes. It includes AdonisJS migrations to create required tables and an optional seed that creates a default user for testing and development.

It is intended as a development starter. Production use requires configuring a production database, secure environment variables and credentials, production SMTP settings, and reviewing security and rate-limiting configurations.
